DealerPulse Engage

Service, parts and reception. One inbox.

DealerPulse Engage is customer messaging for RV dealerships. Texts, emails and website chats reach the right department, your team answers from the web or the iPhone app, and every message lands on the same customer conversation your sales team sees.

The Northgate Service inbox: a text from Dana Whitfield asking whether her coach is ready waits unassigned, while Gloria Benton and Sam Rivers have the others.
The department inbox

Every message reaches the right department.

An inbox for each department

Each store's teams, such as service and parts, get their own inbox. Views for Mine, My department, Unassigned and Closed show who has what.

Sorted as it arrives

A website chat visitor picks the department they need. A first text to your store's line can be sorted to sales, service or parts by what it says, switched on store by store. Anyone can move a conversation to another department.

Claimed, not lost

Claim an unassigned conversation or assign it to a teammate. Snooze it, close it and reopen it. Internal notes and labels stay inside the team.

Every channel

Texts, email and website chat, on one conversation.

Texting from your store's line

Two-way texts from your store's registered business line, so customers know it's you. Messages can be scheduled for later.

Email from your own mailbox

Replies to customer emails go out from each person's own Microsoft 365 (Outlook) mailbox.

Website chat

Chats from your website land in the inbox. A service or parts question alerts that department, and a service chat nobody has answered alerts the desk.

Shared with your sales team

Each customer has one conversation. Service sees what sales said, and DealerPulse CRM shows what service said.

Reviews

Ask happy customers for a review.

Requests by text or email

Send a review request by text or email, with your store's own review link and a message you can edit.

Never too often

A customer gets at most one request per store every 30 days, and anyone who has opted out is skipped.

After delivery, if you want it

Switch on an automatic request the morning after a unit is delivered. A person approves each one before it goes. It's off until you turn it on.

See what worked

How many requests were sent, how many links were clicked, and which requests were skipped and why.

For managers

See every department's response time.

Reply targets

Set how fast each department should reply. Conversations close to missing it show in their own view.

Response-time reports

Median response time, with reports by channel and by store.

Who's in today

On the iPhone

For service, parts and front-desk staff: the inbox, contacts and review requests in your pocket, with team chat, your day's appointments and notifications. Call a customer from the app and DealerPulse rings your phone, then connects you. Your dealership's admin sets up each account.

Texting done right

Texts that reach customers, and respect them.

Registered business texting

Carriers approve every dealership's business texting before it can send. It takes about 13–20 business days, and we start it the day you sign up. How registration works

Opt-outs honored

A customer who texts STOP gets no more texts until they text START, and staff can't undo it. Opt-outs are checked when a message is written and again when it sends.

Quiet hours

Automatic texts don't go out during your store's quiet hours.

Questions

DealerPulse Engage, answered.

What is DealerPulse Engage?

Customer messaging for an RV dealership's service, parts and reception teams. Each department gets an inbox for texts, email and website chat, and every message lands on the customer's one conversation, the same one DealerPulse CRM shows the sales team.

Do we need DealerPulse CRM to use Engage?

No. Engage works on its own. With both, sales and service share one conversation with each customer.

Which departments can use it?

Any team at any of your stores, such as service, parts and sales, each with its own inbox. Anyone on your team can move a conversation to the department that should answer it.

Does Engage reply to our Google reviews?

Not today. Engage sends review requests by text or email, with your store's review link, and shows how many were sent and clicked.

How long until we can text customers?

Carriers take about 13–20 business days to approve a dealership's business texting. Registration starts the day you sign up.

How is Engage priced?

One package, priced per location, with a multi-rooftop discount for dealer groups. Ask for pricing on the Engage pricing page.
